We are looking for a motivated, experienced fabricator who is ready to work! We are looking for someone with the following experience:

• Cutting, Bending, and Welding Stainless Steel.
• Sheet metal layout, shear, press brake
• TIG welding experience required
• High energy, enthusiastic, with multi-tasking abilities required

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Commercial Appliance Technician to join our team in Dallas, TX. This full-time, on-site role involves installation, service, operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of commercial equipment, including refrigeration systems and kitchen appliances. You’ll work to ensure safety compliance, handle installations, perform repairs, and develop strong client relationships. Pay is experience based for this position.

Essential Duties:

• Service, operate, maintain, and troubleshoot complex commercial equipment.
• Install and repair a variety of commercial kitchen equipment, ensuring safety and industry standards are met.
• Communicate with clients, provide solutions, and maintain strong customer relationships.

Qualifications:

• Some experience in commercial appliance and refrigeration service is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Proficient in reading schematics, troubleshooting, and using tools and equipment.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to work independently and effectively with customers.

We are a custom stainless steel fabrication shop looking for a motivated and hardworking warehouse associate to assist with basic tasks around our shop. Pay is experience based for this position.

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting machine operators and fabricators
• Making deliveries and pickups
• Receiving & putting away deliveries
• Maintain a clean & organized warehouse environment
• Other similar tasks as assigned

Seal Tex Inc. is seeking a Sheet Metal CAD Drafter to design custom sheet metal products for commercial kitchens and high-end residences. If you’re an experienced SolidWorks user, we want to meet you! Pay is experience based for this position.

For over 30 years, Seal Tex has been a leading sheet metal fabricator for the food service industry in Texas, Oklahoma, and Arkansas. Restaurants, hotels, schools, and more rely on Seal Tex to meet their custom stainless steel needs. Seal Tex Metals, our residential division, has become a major-league player in the decorative metals field in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, creating bespoke vent hoods, fireplace surrounds, outdoor kitchens, and more. As we grow our business in 2025, we’re looking to expand our design department.

The Sheet Metal CAD Drafter will:

• Use SolidWorks 2025 sheet metal functions to create parts and assemblies of Seal Tex products and produce detailed drawings for customer review and production
• Use knowledge of CAD and sheet metal design to take products from the concept stage to the manufacturing floor under minimal direction
• Create nest-ready flat patterns of all sheet metal parts
• Work closely with other drafters and production personnel to ensure efficient manufacturing execution
• Ensure precision and consistency in design practices

What we’re looking for:

• 1+ year(s) of SolidWorks experience in a manufacturing environment (Required)
• 1+ year(s) of Sheet Metal fabrication or design (Required)
• Experience with creating and interpreting engineering drawings
• Communication and teamwork skills
• Solid problem-solving skills, optimism, and creativity
